Focusing on a user group that actually experiences a problem

From sales leaders to struggling ghostwriters

Initially, I was building for sales leaders who wanted to post more often on LinkedIn. It sounded promising on paper—but in reality, it wasn’t solving anything critical. Their struggle wasn’t painful enough. It was a “nice-to-have,” not a problem worth paying for.

So I shifted focus within the same idea space.

There’s a growing group of creators and ghostwriters behind the personal LinkedIn profiles of founders, executives, and coaches. These people are powering the personal branding wave—but their daily workflow is chaotic and unsupported by good tools. From experience, I know just how frustrating this can be.

The chaos of ghostwriting for LinkedIn

If you’ve ever ghostwritten LinkedIn posts for others, this will sound familiar:

  • You draft a post, send it for approval, wait days for feedback—or get it via five channels at once.
  • Every client has a slightly different workflow, tone, and expectation.
  • Scheduling content? Manual, clunky, and error-prone.

Multiply that mess by five or ten clients, and it becomes unsustainable. Meanwhile, LinkedIn’s algorithm increasingly favours personal content over company updates—making ghostwriters even more critical in the B2B space.

This is a real problem. And it’s exactly the one I’m building for now.

What I’m building (and why it matters)

The MVP of Building V1 is now in development, designed specifically for LinkedIn ghostwriters and personal brand creators. It’s built around the reality of their day-to-day challenges:

  • Manage Multiple LinkedIn Accounts – Switch between client profiles seamlessly—no more logins, spreadsheets, or chaos.
  • Streamlined Approval Workflows – Clients get a clear, easy way to review and approve posts. No email threads, no messy comments.
  • Auto-Scheduling for LinkedIn – Once approved, content gets published automatically. No manual posting required.

And yes, this feels very niche. But another learning I got from the Startup School from Y-Combinator is that a lot of big ideas start very small and develop from there.

This isn’t a platform for generating ideas or repurposing viral content. It’s a tool for doing the hard, manual work of execution—faster, cleaner, and without the friction.

What’s next

Development has started, and I’ll be sharing updates as we hit each milestone—from prototype to early user feedback to first traction. If you’re a ghostwriter, content creator, or someone managing LinkedIn content for multiple people, I’d love to keep you in the loop.

LinkedIn has impact on sales—but no sales leader has time to do content

I’ve worked closely with SaaS sales professionals for years and I’ve seen what works. The top performers don’t just sell—they show up on LinkedIn. Time and time again, I hear the benefits of posting on LinkedIn:

  • They get more introductions of their network
  • They have more trust and close deals faster
  • They get more inbound leads

But most don’t have the time or headspace to write regular posts. That’s why I’m building a tool that makes it easy to generate smart, relevant LinkedIn content in minutes—so you can build your brand, stay visible, and keep deals moving without the time drain.

Currently I’m building this tool together with a small team of developers. See this page as a journal where I share my journey as a first time founder—nice to have you on board.
